Aya frequently organizes food and wine matching dinners in which fine Japanese cuisine is mixed with popular Australian wines. From time to time, Aya also blends its Japanese cuisine with Japanese sake.

Aya also frequently gets involved in external social functions. In 2004, Aya is involved with The Gas Light function at Victoria market, the “Hawkers Market “ of the Wine and Food Festival and a number of other special public food functions. Customers are encouraged to try Aya's hawkers' style presentations.

Aya also organizes cooking classes in which the Head-Chef shares some of his most secret cooking recipes with you. People who participate in these lessons find the experience unforgettable.
